Periodization
Training sessions are divided into short cycles, in varying intensities, optimizing performance, aidand preventing fatigue and stagnation. This allows your body to try new movements and build new muscles, so you are not repeating the same “safe” or “comfortable” routines you might do alone.

Strength Training
This is an important form of training for developing muscle mass and power. Strength training helps prevent injuries and improves muscular strength and endurance.

Intensity (HIIT)
Alternating periods of high-intensity exercise with lower-intensity rest and recovery periods provides improved cardiovascular endurance and recovery capacity, in addition to efficient fat loss.
